The Lady Rebel Basketball Team started out 2012 with a great win over the Lady Boiling Springs Bulldogs! The Rebels fought off a fourth quarter rally to pull out a 53 - 48 victory. Key foul shots in the last minute by Lilian Funderburk and Brianna James helped seal the game. High scorers for the game were Lilian Funderburk (12), Brianna James (11), Jameshia Logan (9), and Breanna Hines (8). Alexis Downs led in rebounds, and Lauren Duggar boosted the defensive pressure with deflections and steals.

This game was a great lead into the New Year. The Lady Rebels continue their schedule with a home game versus the Spartanburg Vikings January 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
