The Varsity team defeated JL Mann 3-0 (25-9, 25-10, 25-19).
Leading the way was Kristen Dodge, Jr, who had an amazing night serving. She had 10 aces, 10 kills, 7 assists, and 2 blocks. Lauren Ziegler, Sr, had a strong night at the net with 8 kills and 5 blocks. Kirsten McCraw, So, had a strong serving night with 5 aces and 4 kills. Caroline Shin, Jr, anchored the defense again with 9 digs. Morgan Allen, Jr, led in assists with 11 assists and had 7 digs.
The Lady Rebels will play at home again on Thursday, October 13, 2011 against the #1 team in the state Hillcrest.
