Summer Swim Practices: 6:30-8:00pm at Middle Tyger YMCA
Conditioning from 6:30-7:00 outside
Swimming from 7:00-8:00
Wear clothes to work-out in and swimming suit. Always have a water bottle.
Swim Season Starts: August 5th
Practices are from 4:00-5:30 at Middle Tyger YMCA
You must have a sports physical before you can practice.
