  • Football Fun Night

This Friday, May 17th, the Byrnes football program will have a "Football Fun Night" that will begin with a youth clinic at 5:00 for all 3rd through 6th grade kids. This event is free, so please bring your children and your neighbor's too! At 6:30, Clemson's offensive coordinator, Chad Morris will give an inspirational message. This is NOT a Clemson vs. South Carolina message. Everyone is invited. At 7pm, Florence Chapel will scrimmage DR Hill in a 7 on 7, followed by the varsity scrimmage.

Although this entire event is free of charge, we do ask that as you enter the gates, you drop off a non perishable food item to help support the Middle Tyger Food Pantry. Please spread the word to the entire District 5 community.

We hope to see all of you there as the Rebel Football team begins their quest for another State championship in the 2013 season and as we hope to FILL THE PANTRY AT THE MIDDLE TYGER COMMUNITY CENTER!

  • Senior Night

The Byrnes Football Team will be hosting Senior Night against Wade Hampton on November 2 at 7:30. Parents and favorite teachers of the Senior players and Cheerleaders will be honored prior to the game at 7pm. Students grades 1-6 can purchase a ticket for $1 at their school.

  • Football Update

The Byrnes Rebels started off the season as being considered number three in the Nation. The Rebels have since then dropped out of the top 25, due to the four point loss against the Gaffney Indians. Byrnes is currently 8-1 overall. Dorman High and Wade Hampton are the only two regular season games that are left to be played. As for now, it looks like the Rebels will do well in the play offs, but national ranking is unknown.
